Description

The DG800 Pro Series is a dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generator supporting function, arbitrary, pulse, harmonic, modulation, noise generation, and frequency counting. It provides up to 50 MHz output frequency, 625 MSa/s sampling, 16-bit vertical resolution, and waveform rise times as low as 3 ns.

Ultra-low jitter

SIFI II technology generates arbitrary waveforms point by point with precisely adjustable sampling rate. Output signal jitter is as low as 200 ps RMS.

Rich modulation functions

Supports AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, PSK, PWM, SUM and other modulation functions for applications including communications, motor control and switching power supplies.

Sequence function

Supports up to 64 waveform events and 256 repetitions, allowing multiple test cases to be loaded and executed sequentially with seamless switching.

Maximum 20th harmonic generation function

Supports harmonic generation up to the 20th harmonic for performance testing of high-order filters, amplifiers and other devices.

High resolution frequency meter

The built-in 7-digit, 500 MHz frequency counter measures frequency, period, duty cycle, and positive and negative pulse width from external input signals, with statistical analysis of measurement results.
