This solder paste is a modern SMT-compatible soldering material formulated from a balanced blend of solder powder, flux, and specialized additives. At room temperature it maintains controlled viscosity to allow components to temporarily adhere to their pads. When heated to soldering temperature, solvents evaporate and the solder reflows, forming a strong and permanent bond between components and PCB pads.

Usage Instructions

• Allow the solder paste to reach room temperature (approx. 25 °C) before opening. Recommended recovery time: 3–4 hours. Do not use heaters to raise the temperature quickly.
• After opening, use the solder paste within 24 hours for best performance.
• Avoid leaving the paste exposed to air for long periods — moisture absorption can cause it to form solid tin lumps.
• Ideal working environment: indoor temperature 22–28 °C and humidity RH30–60%.
• For cleaning misapplied paste, use industrial alcohol or a suitable industrial cleaner.

Storage

• Store at stable room temperature.
• Recommended shelf life: 12 months.
• Keep away from direct sunlight.
