Dispatch & Delivery Estimates

Items listed as “In Stock in NZ” are usually dispatched the same business day if your order is placed before 3:00pm (Mon–Fri). Most standard-sized items are delivered overnight within New Zealand, though larger items, dangerous goods, or deliveries to rural addresses may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Products with Lead Times
If an item is not immediately in stock, you’ll see a delivery estimate displayed on the product page. These are based on supplier lead times and the following rules:

  • Standard lead times: Usually 5–9 business days.
  • Shorter lead times: If our supplier has stock or items are held at a bulk warehouse, this may only add 1–2 extra days.
  • Longer lead times: If the product requires sea freight (indicated with a ship icon), expect extended delivery timeframes.

We show you these estimates clearly at checkout using icons:

  • ✈️ Plane icon: Faster supply chain (air freight).
  • 🚢 Ship icon: Longer lead time (sea freight required).

If you have urgent requirements, please contact us — we can often arrange faster delivery on request.

Delivery Pricing

We keep shipping costs as fair as possible and only charge what’s necessary to get your order to you. Rates vary depending on:

  • Item size and weight
  • Destination (standard or rural delivery)
  • Any dangerous goods requirements

If you see a shipping charge that doesn’t look right, get in touch — we’ll be happy to review it.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Most items can be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging (excluding certain customised products). Returns are at your cost, and items must arrive back in resalable condition.

Warranty & Faulty Items

All products purchased from Keystone Labs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will organise a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
  • We work closely with our suppliers to process warranty claims quickly and fairly, keeping you informed every step of the way.
